hey! well on my wii fit I guess the best excercises are the strength training(push ups and side planks espicially) and also hula hooping because it gives your stomach more muscle but sorry I dunno if i can help you on the excercise ball but do what I do bounce on it act like a 4 year old lol :D well…..I hope i helped you good luck ;)

The buzz lately is that you can burn about 500 calories, tone up and lose weight quickly by exercising for only 30 minutes on a spinning bike.

I have a regular exercise bike and cannot afford a spinning bike or classes. Would I be able to achieve the same results by exercising for 30 minutes a day on my exercise bike?

Please explain to me the difference between the two bikes and how they work differently to give different results?

that would be the rough equivalent of cycling at 28,5 mph on a road bike

i doubt you can put out that much effort

that;s like racing, tour de france kind of speed

so i doubt the buzz

secondly, i can;t see that there is any difference between an exercise bike and a spin bike….

Question by curious: What are ways to exercise without equipment?
I’m trying to lose weight. I’m only 15 years old and it’s hard for me to go to a gym or to buy exercise equipment to exercise in the house. The only thing really holding me back from going on a diet is exercise because i know it’s hard to lose weight without exercise. Could someone help me?

1. Dont diet.
2. What do you do in PE lessons?!?!!?
One way which helps me is running. When I first started I ran round the block for… a week. And towards the end I was quite comfortable with running that distance. After that week I ran round a bigger space.
Cycling can help too!
Or dancing! Dance mat games often have a work out mode on them, or just pretend you’re a super dancing diva and dance and skip and jump wherever you go!

I have two border collies and their exercise needs are very different! They both came from the same litter (I raised both as puppies) but one is a boy and the other is a girl. So far they are both 3 years old. The boy needs only around 30 minutes of exercise a day to be happy and calm while the girl can run for days on end before she gets tired! What’s the normal amount of exercise needed for the average border collie?

For the normal/average Border Collie that I am used to being around its 23 out of 24 hours a day.

Every BC I know is a herding/agility/obedience dog and even with all that work the dogs still could go for more. My herding instructors BC works 8+ hours a day and she never tires out.

Your male is definitely not the norm.

Just eat enough, and you will not lose weight or inches.

Your heart rate has to rise and your have to feel the burn in order to get exercise at all, so you can`t avoid those!
